Apple is just too efficient. My new black iPhone has already shipped and a courier will be knocking on my door on Friday. Unfortunately I shall be in Berlin, so the call will go unheeded. I had rather hoped it wouldn’t arrive until Monday when I am back to receive it. No doubt I will now have the usual problem of rescheduling or, if possible, driving to some godforsaken industrial estate where the couriers live.
What has arrived, though, is iOS 6.0 and it is downloading (slowly) to my devices as I write. It’s available, as usual, for iTunes download or directly to the device. More when I have got to grips with the 200 new features.
